Final Delta Conveyance Project Revised Certification of Consistency on Remanded Items
DWR submitted the Delta Conveyance Project Revised Certification of Consistency with the Delta Plan on Remanded Items on July 24, 2026.
According to the DSC regulations, materials relevant to this Certification will be posted on their website (https://coveredactions.deltacouncil.ca.gov), if the Certification is appealed, an appeal hearing will be held followed by the issuance of a determination on the appeal.
